THE TRAP OF BEING FAMILIAR (PART 2)
“Yea, mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up [his] heel against me”
(Psalm 41:9)
We have to constantly keep our Pastor in the proper place in our hearts and minds. Any time you get closer to someone, you will begin to see their short-falls or things they are still overcoming in the flesh.
However, don’t allow these things to cause you to become too familiar, to the point that you let your honor and respect for them slip. This can be satan’s trap to rob you of receiving from God’s Anointed.
