In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him

 (Ephesians 3:12)

The Lord is ‘He who made a way through the sea’ (Isaiah 43:16) Who can forget the fantastic moment when God opened the Red Sea and destroyed Israel’s enemies behind them?

Just as Great a moment was when He made a way of salvation open before us. ‘Forget the former things, do not dwell on the past…I am making a way in the desert’ (Isaiah 43:18, 19) We should look at our salvation as the closing of our past. The Israelites looked back across the waters and could see nothing of their former captors. Someone once said, “God put a sign saying, ‘No fishing allowed’”

Paul said that God had made a way in which believers could approach Him ‘with freedom and confidence’ (Ephesians 3:12). He not only made a way out. He made a way In.

Whether you need to come out of something or go in to something today, He is the Way maker. Where He goes, ‘His foes flee before him…as wax melts before the fire’ (Psalm  68:1, 2) Let Him go before you, for who can stand against you?

“Through all the days of my life, not one of my enemies will be able to stand against me for God is for me and with me in Jesus Name, Amen.”
