“And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.”
(Psalm 50:15)

As children of God we can claim deliverance each and every day of our lives. The Lord is always there for us. He is on your side watching over your affairs and helping you. He is a loving and caring God full of compassion and mercy. In times of trouble, pay homage to Him and He will shelter and guide you. As God delivers you, your duty is to Glorify Him. Well the question now arises as to how we should Glorify Him?

We are to Glorify God in the following way:
With praises and thanksgiving: In other words we must verbally Praise Him with words, shouts of praise, singing, clapping and dancing.

With Offerings: When we give special offerings, First Fruit offerings and Free Will Offerings to God, we glorify Him. These offerings are over and above the Tithe.

Fulfilling your vows faithfully: In times of distress and trouble, we make many vows to the Lord. We are to ensure that when all is over, that we fulfill our vows faithfully. Not fulfilling your vows is foolish. Remember the Lord is your deliverer and Salvation in every situation in life.

“The Lord is my deliverer and I know for certainty that He will deliver me in the day of trouble. Amen.”
