“And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.” (1 John 5:14-15)

You are a believer and a son/daughter of the Most High God. This knowledge gives you confidence when you approach God. Because of the Lord Jesus Christ, you have absolutely no sense of inadequacy in God’s Presence. You are now accepted in the Beloved.

“And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.”1 John 2:28.

There is something beautiful about confidence. This confidence makes you welcome into the Throne Room of God, no matter what the circumstance may be in your life.

“Beloved, if our heart condemns us not, [then] have we confidence toward God. And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.”1 John 3:21, 22.
