“Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the Saints, and of the household of God” (Ephesians 2:19)
To be committed to someone is to cleave to, to adhere to, to be attached to, to join oneself closely to or to stick to the side of another. In the Greek language, the concept of commitment implied a gluing together, a firm fastening and a giving of oneself steadfastly to another.
God calls us to be committed to the Church and totally given to His household otherwise He can’t use us….
