“Who His own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.” (1 Peter 2:24)

Jesus personally bore your sins in His (own) body on the tree (as on an altar and offered Himself on it) that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to Righteousness: “Surely He hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.” Isaiah 53:4. By His wounds, you have been healed. For you were going astray like so many sheep, but now you have come back to the Shepherd and Guardian (the Bishop) of your soul.

“For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;” 1 Corinthians 15:3. Through His torment and agony, you were healed, cured and made whole. This is so wonderful. The precious Lamb of God planned for you that you should serve in newness of Spirit: “But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not [in] the oldness of the letter.” Romans 7:6.

You were once held in bondage to a sin nature. That is now over. You are now free to serve God in the new way of the Spirit and not the old way of the written code. The Healing Anointing of God is now in your life and in your body.

– Faith Confession –
“I am now the healed of the Lord enjoying good health. I thank God, through Jesus Christ my Lord that I am now free, In Jesus Name, Amen.”
