You Shall Not Fear – Part 6

Published by Wesley Sing on

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” (John 14:27 – NIV)

When you rely on God completely, He accepts the Responsibility of taking care of you. Refuse to worry about what is going on in the world. [See Psalm 37:1-10 (AMP)] Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the Desires of your Heart. Commit your way to Him. Roll each care on Him.

The dictionary definition of fear is a feeling of distress, apprehension, or alarm caused by impending danger, pain, etc. concern, anxiety, to be afraid, unpleasant. Simply Put: Fear = Bondage.

Here are some Secrets to overcome the Spirit of Fear. Secret No. 1: Know that the Law of Life has Authority over the Law of sin and Death. (See Romans 8:22; Galatians 5:22-23) Secret No. 2: Know that Life Casts out death. (See Romans 6:11; Romans 6:14)

Secret No. 3 Know that to act on fear is to act as if satan is bigger than God. Fear caused Peter to tell Jesus to depart from Him. (Luke 5:8-10) Fear of death equals to subjection to bondage.
