You Shall Not Fear – Part 7

Published by Wesley Sing on

“Immediately Jesus made the disciples get into the boat and go on ahead of him to the other side, while he dismissed the crowd. After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountainside by himself to pray. Later that night, he was there alone.” (Matthew 14:22-23 – NIV)

Know that the ministry of torment is to drive you to act on fear. Satan will tell you that you will never make it, etc. Begin to address fear in your life before it overruns you. Speak against torment. Act against torment. Drive satan away from you. The Holy Spirit will act after you act.

Let us look now at Oppression, in Isaiah 54:14 NKJV it says, “In righteousness you shall be established; You shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; And from terror, for it shall not come near you.”

The definition of Oppression is the Spoiling or taking away of men’s estates by terror or force, without having no right thereto by working on the ignorance, weakness or fearfulness of the oppressed.

Jesus healed all that were oppressed. (See Acts 10:38) In Christ Jesus we have boldness (See Ephesians 3:9-12) Boldness and Power come as we act and not before we act. (See Matthew 18:18)

Confession For Today

When I tell a mountain to move, it moves. When I tell demons to leave, they leave in Jesus Name, Amen.
